What
is PPC?
PPC is a pay per click on internet marketing model that
advertisers pay a fee every time they click on ads. Basically, you visit your
website for visitors to try to “get” from them.
Search engine advertising is one of the most popular types of
Pay per click. Allows advertisers to bid on ad placements in search engine
sponsored links when they search for a keyword related to their business offer.
For example, if we bid on the keyword "PPC software", our ad may
appear at the top of the Google results page.
Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords) is the world's most popular
PPC advertising system. The advertising platform allows companies to create ads
that appear in Google's search engines and other Google properties.
Google works on an ad-click-per-click model where users bid on
keywords and pay for every click on the ad. Each time a search begins, Google
enters the advertiser's pool and selects a series of winners to display in the
valuable ad space on the search results page. Winners are selected based on a
combination of factors such as keyword quality and keyword advertising
campaigns and bid quality and relevance.
Specifically, the users displayed on the page are based on the
advertiser's ad ranking. This metric is calculated by multiplying two main
factors: CPC (the maximum amount that an advertiser is willing to pay) and
Quality Score (a value to consider). Click-through rate, relevance, landing
page quality). This system allows award-winning advertisers to attract leads at
a price that is commensurate with their budget. In fact, this is a kind of
auction. The following infographic shows how this auction system works.
Keyword research for PPC ads can be time consuming, but it is
also incredibly important. The entire PPC campaign is keyword-based, and the
most successful Google Ads advertisers are constantly expanding and refining
their PPC keyword lists. If you do keyword research only once, you may be
missing hundreds of thousands of valuable, long, inexpensive, and highly
relevant keywords that can drive traffic to your site when you create your
first campaign. PPC is an effective keyword list:
• Affiliate: Of
course, you don't have to pay anything for your web transaction that has
nothing to do with your business. You need to find targeted keywords that will
deliver high PPC click-through rates, effective CPCs and high profit margins.
This means that your suggested keywords should be close to your proposed topic.
• Tiring: Keyword
research should include not only the most popular and frequently searched word
in your niche but also a long search queue. Long tail keywords are more
specific and less common, but they add up to account for most search traffic.
Moreover, they are less competitive and therefore less expensive.
• Broad: PPC rips. You want to constantly refine and expand your campaigns and create an
environment where your list of keywords is constantly growing and optimized.
• If you want to
use high volume industry specific keywords in your PPC campaign then definitely
